{"id":4454,"date":"2020-11-21T20:48:07","date_gmt":"2020-11-21T15:18:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yourcareerheights.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=4454"},"modified":"2020-11-21T20:48:11","modified_gmt":"2020-11-21T15:18:11","slug":"rbi-imposes-monetary-penalty-on-six-entities","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/yourcareerheights.com\/?news=rbi-imposes-monetary-penalty-on-six-entities","title":{"rendered":"RBI imposes monetary penalty on six entities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Reserve Bank of India has imposed monetary penalty on six entities, including Sodexo SVC India, Muthoot Vehicle and Asset Finance, QwikCilver Solutions, Phonepe, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, and Punjab National Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In exercise of powers vested under Section 30 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act 2007, the RBI has imposed monetary penalty on the entities for non-compliance of regulatory guidelines, it said in a statement on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It imposed a monetary penalty of\u00a0\u20b92 crore on Sodexo SVC,\u00a0\u20b91.39 crore on PhonePe,\u00a0\u20b91 crore on QwikCilver Solutions,\u00a0\u20b934.55 lakh on Muthoot Vehicle and Asset Finance and\u00a0\u20b95 lakh on DMRC.
