Post retirement, he has further experience of working in NBFCs and Microfinance Company for 5 years in senior positions<\/strong><\/em>. He has been involved in financial literacy of MFI employees in project with Indian School of Microfinance for Women (ISMW) undertaken by SIDBI .He is also undertaking various banking related academic work and is a regularly imparting training to students and professionals.<\/p>\n

Gokhale\u00a0is a\u00a0<\/span>competent professional with 40 + years\u2019 <\/strong>experience in Banking Sector and managed all arenas of banking with expertise in Credit Management, Human Resource Management, General Banking and Trainer<\/span>. He has\u00a0<\/strong>Published E-book in 2012<\/strong><\/span>, which was very useful in improving the productivity of & standardization of procedures across the nation.
