{"id":1910,"date":"2016-09-26T23:34:52","date_gmt":"2016-09-26T18:04:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yourcareerheights.com\/?p=1910"},"modified":"2016-09-26T23:40:09","modified_gmt":"2016-09-26T18:10:09","slug":"risk-based-internal-audit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yourcareerheights.com\/?p=1910","title":{"rendered":"Risk- based Internal Audit"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-1910\"  class=\"panel-layout\" ><div id=\"pg-1910-0\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-1910-0-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1910-0-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"0\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-1910-0-0-0\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Risk- based Internal Audit<\/h3>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Keeping in view the change in demographic profile of the staff in banks on account of retirement leading to shortage of staff to conduct internal audit which is an important component of Risk Based Supervision (RBS), RBI has decided to permit banks to engage the services of its retired officials for assisting in internal audit subject to following conditions:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"i\">\n<li>Each bank should formulate with the approval of their Board of Directors, a policy to engage the services of its retired personnel for a maximum tenure not exceeding three years in the areas where it does not have enough expertise.
