Amalgamation of Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank with Bank of Baroda has been notified vide Gazette of India Notification G.S.R. 2(E) dated January 2, 2019. The Notification called the \u2018Amalgamation of Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank with Bank of Baroda Scheme, 2019\u2019 has come into force on April 1, 2019.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In view of the above, it was decided by RBI to assign the lead bank responsibility of districts hitherto held by Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank. Accordingly, lead bank responsibility is assigned as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
