If you are confident with formal letter choose that else go for informal letter.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the writing format correctly; the format will differ for formal to informal letter. You will find the format of both letters at the end of the article.<\/li>\n<li>The presentation of your letter depends on your grammatical expression and the vocabulary that you are using. Be very sure of the meaning and spelling of words that you use. The language should be easily understandable.<\/li>\n<li>A letter must never be written in points. It\u2019s an absolutely incorrect structure to follow.<\/li>\n<li>Stick to the limitation of words and be precise.<\/li>\n<li>The content of your letter should be written in polite manner and friendly tone. Avoid using ordering tone and words. Use pleasing words like\u00a0<strong>\u201ci request\/ am requesting\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Use comma after every line of address.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid using abbreviations like \u2018bcuz\u2019, \u2018crt\u2019 also avoid using acronyms like \u2018ROFL\u2019, \u2018LOL\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Since you have given your introduction in beginning don\u2019t give self intro again in body of the letter. In the body of letter, talk about the reason for writing letter.<\/li>\n<li>Try to convey the purpose of the letter\u00a0<strong>short\u00a0<\/strong>in subject, it should not lengthy.<\/li>\n<li>Be very sure of the meaning and spelling of words that you use.<\/li>\n<li>Try to give additional details if required. For example, if you are writing letter to Bank Manager about your account enquiry add the account number, bank branch etc. Change the requirements according to the question.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t give your personal name like \u2018Anil\u2019 or \u2018Samuvel\u2019 give it as \u2018AAA\u2019 or \u2018XYZ\u2019. In case you are writing number in letter like pin code, account number or phone number, try to use single number to represent. Example: Phone number 1111111111 \/ 0000000000. Give fake details like this.<\/li>\n<li>You can use any format to mention date like 26 June 2019\/ June 26, 2019\/ 26-06-2019<\/li>\n<li>In formal letter use salutations like \u2018Respected sir\/madam\u2019 or just simply \u2018sir\/madam\u2019, for the informal letter use \u2018Dear friend\u2019, \u2018My dearest sister\u2019 don\u2019t use these kind of salutation in formal letter.<\/li>\n<li>There is no need of subject in informal letter.<\/li>\n<li>Use \u201cMr.\u201d for a male recipient. If you do not know how a female recipient prefers to be addressed, it is best to use \u201cMs.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Once you finish writing the letter, you have to end it with a complimentary closing.
