Thus the candidates must remain balanced while presenting themselves in the interview and convince the panel on your requirement of the job. Never Speak Against the Previous Employer:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>On many occasions the candidates in their over enthusiasm start speaking negatively about their previous Employer. This gives an adverse impact on the Interview Panel and the chances of getting rejected become more.<\/div>\n
