This site is managed by Mr. Rakesh Khare retired as Assistant General Manager, Union Bank of India. He has a vast experience of 37 years and has worked in various Departments and also in various Branches as Branch Head. Has been Guest Faculty with Union Bank of India and Central Bank of India. Has been Faculty for OTP training for Union Bank of India and IDBI Bank at Mahendra Educational Centre, Bhopal

Presently he is associated with Testbook.com & Mahendra’s No.1 Educational Centre, Bhopal as Interview Board Member.

Among others Members contributing to the site is eminent personality Shri D.C.Khare Retired Dy. General Manager, Bank of India and Shri Surinder Kumar Bhatia, Retired Dy. General Manager, Union Bank of India.

Mr. Surinder Kumar Bhatia, M.com from University of Delhi with professional qualification of CAAIB, is a retired Banker and worked up to DGM level in Union Bank of India, a large PSU bank with over 38 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Business Development, Financial Inclusion, Client Relationship Management & Credit Processing and training side. Post retirement, he has further experience of working in NBFCs and Microfinance Company for 5 years in senior positions. He has been involved in financial literacy of MFI employees in project with Indian School of Microfinance for Women (ISMW) undertaken by SIDBI .He is also undertaking various banking related academic work and is a regularly imparting training to students and professionals.

Shri D.C.Khare is an eminent personality with over 38 years of Banking Experience with expertise in Credit Management, Foreign Exchange, Soft Skills, General Banking and Training System.

Shri Waman D. Gokhale also a retired Dy. General Manager, Central Bank of India had also contributed on credit aspects. Shri Waman D. Gokhale is a competent professional with 40 + years’ experience in Banking Sector and managed all arenas of banking with expertise in Credit Management, Human Resource Management, General Banking and Trainer. He has Published E-book in 2012, which was very useful in improving the productivity of & standardization of procedures across the nation. He has been Panel Member on Saurashtra University as an Expert for deciding Curriculum for MBA students (2009-10). He is also MASTER Trainer on the panel of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF BANKING & FINANCE. His latest publication is “Banking Beyond Books”

Shri Waman D. Gokhale is also a retired Dy. General Manager, Central Bank of India and a competent professional with 40 + years’ experience in Banking Sector and managed all arenas of banking with expertise in Credit Management, Human Resource Management, General Banking and Training System.
